The Oberhaching Sports School becomes a vaccination center. Due to a fire in the roof of the Corona vaccination center in Oberhaching, vaccinations can no longer take place there since Monday, May 3rd. As the Munich TZ reported, the security service of the vaccination center discovered the fire in the early hours of the morning around 6:30 a.m. and informed the fire brigade. The alarmed emergency services immediately moved out and were able to save the entire vaccine.

The Oberhaching Sports School steps in at short notice as a replacement vaccination center. With the help of the THW, the move and construction is already underway. It is expected that the vaccinations can be continued there as early as tomorrow, Tuesday. Sports School manager Uli Dickas is pleased to be able to help out at short notice and make a contribution to society: “We are probably the fastest vaccination center planned and put into operation in Germany.”

A possible reopening of the sports school on May 31st, 2021 and the sports facilities are not affected, as it is only a neatly demarcated area.
