In this modern sports school with 257 beds and an area of ​​220,000 m² with i.a. four sports halls, a weight room, a swimming pool including a sauna, four grass pitches, two small pitch fields, two beach volleyball fields and a large number of seminar rooms – including the necessary catering facilities – are used in a variety of ways to provide advanced training and training for both competitive and popular sports the 56 sports associations of the BLSV carried out. What defines your job:

– Commercial, technical and infrastructural facility management
– Optimization of plant processes
– Planning and organization of future projects in the technical area
– Development of new conceptual and realizable approaches to cost optimization in facility management
– Ensuring legal regulations and standards for occupational safety including risk assessment, occupational safety, environmental protection as well as operational management and operator responsibility
– Commissioning and control of building services and infrastructure service providers and implementation of regular performance and quality controls with permanent optimization of procurement costs
– Budgeting, planning, solicitation of offers and monitoring of the ongoing renovation, modernization and maintenance measures as well as maintenance and testing with seamless quality assurance and warranty control
– Regular controlling and reporting, creation of decision templates as well as documentation and reporting
– Technical and disciplinary management of employees (technicians, hall attendants and greenkeeping)
– Organization and implementation of events
– Participation in on-call duty on weekends and on public holidays

What we want from you:

– Completed commercial-technical vocational training in the field of HVAC or electrical engineering, ideally with further training as a technician or master craftsman or a comparable qualification (e.g. degree / specialist in process engineering or facility management, real estate management)
– Knowledge of the relevant standards and their implementation
– Generalistic technical understanding
– At least 5 years of professional experience in dealing with complex building structures
– First leadership experience
– Good communication skills
– Independence / initiative
– Structured, analytical and interdisciplinary way of working
– Good MS Office skills as well as CAFM and CAD applications
